Processing & Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Since we specialize in custom-made items, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and the complexity of your design.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently only ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us through our contact form. However, we are not responsible for stolen or incorrectly addressed packages. Ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final on personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 5 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Personalized Items
For non-personalized items returns may be requested within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To request a refund, please submit a request through our contact form. Returns and refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
*For personalized items, return requests can only be made if the product is damaged or defective, following the Damaged or Defective Items policy stated above.

Customization & Design Policy

Ensure that all personalized details (spelling, dates, colors, etc.) are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors made during order placement.

Custom requests are welcome! If you have a specific design idea, contact us before ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse custom requests that contain offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.
Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once processing has started, orders may not be canceled. After this stage, production begins, and we are unable to stop the order.

If you need to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
